With authentic Bavarian recipes, the new Grillfest menu will satisfy guests looking for a refreshing salad or tantalising grilled meat and seafood fiesta.
As the chilled pints of Paulaner clink, out comes the Brez’n’s Grillfest menu. Expertly marinated and cooked to perfection, the restaurant dives into the Grillplatte! Available from now, all-day round, and perfect for a group of 4-6, the mixed platter of two XXL BBQ skewers, BBQ pork ribs, grilled juicy beef tenderloin and five spicy chicken sausages, will make you sing! The platter is served with thick-cut fries, classic sour cream, home-made garlic butter and letcho sauce (a mildly spicy paprika stew).

Schaschlik [SGD34 ++] – Diners need not fret about the mess when digging into this dish – the tender stack of beef tenderloin, chicken breast, and mini Bratwurst wrapped with streaks of bacon just drips off the skewers. The smoky red bell peppers, zucchinis and onions add a yummy crunch. The Schaschlik is served with golden thick cut fries and home-made garlic butter and sour cream dip.
Steak Salad [SGD20 ++] – For a healthier but wholesome option, order one of the three new salads. the plate of crisp greens, slices of carrot, cucumber, spring onions and the juicy cherry tomatoes are topped with perfectly grilled slices of ruby-red steak. Finish the dish with a sweet home- made Lemon & Mint Ice Tea – you will not have an ounce of guilt with this unpretentious dish bursting with natural flavours.

Wiener Schnitzel [SGD32 ++] – An all-time best seller at Brez’n, and a highlight, is the Wiener Schnitzel. The slices of tender veal escalope beaten until just right, coated with slightly seasoned crumbs and fried to golden perfection. Served with the obligatory potato salad and cranberries, it does not get more authentic than this.
Bayerisches Riesen-Schnitzel [Serves 2, SGD38 ++] – A pure Bavarian treat is the Bayerisches Riesen-Schnitzel (Giant Pork Schnitzel). Marinated with Bavarian sweet mustard and fresh horseradish, it is then pan fried to a glorious crispy goodness. Thick cut fries and two mixed side salads complete the dish.
Then there’s the ultimate indulgence – the Jägerschnitzel-Pfanne (Pork Schnitzel with Mushroom Stew). Four grilled pork medallion schnitzels comes to the table coated with a luscious creamy mushroom stew and topped with grilled bacon, cranberries and buttered Spätzle (hand made German egg pasta).
