Converse and globally recognized street retailer, Dover Street Market ( DSM ) collaborates to launch a premium footwear collection, where the classic iconic One Star is reinterpreted.
Conceived at the intersection of imagination and exploration, DSM has redefined retail in a way that has left an everlasting impression on the fashion community. The desire to craft new offerings for its consumers has caused DSM to adopt the One Star, with a classic, distinct take on the silhouette through understated detailing and refined textures.
Taking on the challenge to balance the One Star’s aesthetic with the modern styling of the world’s youth, the collection is remixed through the veneering lens of the Chuck.
The Converse x DSM collection features a micro DSM foil print logo on the lateral and the house DSM logo on the tongue. Constructed on a vintage canvas upper, each features a screen-printed star of the opposing colorway and is set on a Egret midsole featuring a black pinstripe.
The collection will be exclusively available on DSM.com, as well as Dover Street Market locations in London, Ginza, New York, Singapore and Beijing from July 28, retailing at SGD160.00
