This Easter, enjoy the long weekend and bask in the conviviality of an Italian Easter dinner at Zafferano on 15 April.
Set against the backdrop of the spectacular Marina Waterfront, enjoy a sumptuous Easter Table d’hote dinner specially curated by Head Chef Marco Guccio featuring a delectable selections of antipasti, primi, secondi and dolci.
The dinner commences with antipasti options such as a refreshing scallop carpaccio with tomato jelly, sea urchin mayo and Avruga caviar; all-time classic fresh Andria burratina with heirloom tomatoes and basil, drizzled with Sicilian ‘Cutrera’ extra virgin olive oil; wagyu beef carpaccio with Italian wild rocket and grated parmesan cheese; and deep fried calamari, prawns and anchovies.
Primi features a choice of house-made casarecce with fresh tomatoes and seafood, or cannelloni stuffed with spinach and ricotta with tomato coulis. For the secondi, indulge in sous-vide rolled lamb shoulder with pumpkin purée and spring vegetables, or pan- fried jumbo prawns with vegetables caponata and aged balsamic.
For a sweet finale to the dinner, relish in a selection of traditional Easter’s sweets and pastries.
