Speed and intelligence define Casio’s newly released EQW-A1110 watch – the latest addition to the EDIFICE line of metal watches.
The new EQW-A1110 features Casio’s solar-powered ‘Tough Movement’ system – a radio-controlled movement that hosts four key functions such as a hand home position correction function that automatically returns watch hands to their proper position if they slip out of place. The high-performance system also performs automatic time calibration using standard radio waves from six transmitters around the world, including Japan, China, US, Germany and the UK, adding a touch of convenience for frequent travellers. The sophisticated system allows the watch to operate on solar power and includes a hybrid mount construction structure that improves resistance to deflection and side shifting when the watch is dropped, providing added shock resistance.
Also equipped with Casio’s ‘Smart Access’ system, the EQW-A1110 operates on multiple motors and sports an electronic crown switch, enabling the watch to perform a wide range of functions effortlessly.
The stopwatch function allows up to 10 lap times to be stored in the memory. In addition to switching between World Time zones with the crown, the watch can also automatically switch between standard time and daylight saving time, eliminating the trouble of manual resetting. With a function that instantly displays Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), the EQW-A1110 provides outstanding convenience.
The Casio EQW-A1110 is available at all Casio G-Factory outlets and authorized dealers.
