SPRMRKT Kitchen & Bar presents the Raspberry & Mint Shandy (SGD16++) for ladies whose penchant for drinks lies with a good cocktail. The concoction is a base of tequila blended with wheat beer, elderflower cordial, mint syrup, fresh raspberries and lime juice.
Hop over to SPRMRKT (McCallum Street) and SPRMRKT Daily with the family and let the litte ones get a taste of ‘beer’ with a Boylan Root Beer Float (SGD12). Features a specially imported root beer from Boylan Bottling, a New York based company steeped with over 100 years of heritage in producing hand-crafted, 100% pure sugar cane and all-natural gourmet beverages, with no artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. In a mini serving, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, kids will create their very own childhood memories of this sweet treat.
Tuck into perennial favourites like the Ploughman Platter (large for two SGD34 | small for one SGD20) at SPRMRKT (McCallum Street) and SPRMRKT Daily. The platter comprises of ‘Pork en Croute’, herbed minced pork blanketed with brioche, beef salami, San Daniele Ham, housemade pork rillette on toast and chicken harissa sausage.
