A fusion of favourite local flavours with Australian delicacies, the Kangaroo Rendang, Crocodile Curry and Honey Chicken Mee Rebus sure adds a sense of exotica to an otherwise everyday local dish. A delicate blend of spices and herbs, these dishes will suit the adventurous eater game for a change!




For something lighter and closer to home, the Gratin Salmon with Mushroom and Tomato Mousseline is the perfect comfort food for ladies. Simmering Hollandaise sauce, gratinated salmon, mushrooms, onions and tomatoes in white wine, the best part comes when you dip the accompanying crusty baguette into the mousseline and savour every mouthful in sheer ecstasy.
