This weekend, keep an eye out as BoConcept spells “busy” with their new Scandinavian Market held at the Paragon shopping mall on Orchard.
For just one day on 16 April, BoConcept has decided to transform their showroom into a marketplace filled with shapes, colours, and materials for all to enjoy. In a bid to showcase the beauty and peace of a relaxing Scandinavian-type lifestyle, the company has brought together a collection of local producers in food, juice, apparel and lifestyle accessories.
Although it was difficult to be restricted to just 3 reasons, come join us as we find out more about some of the top few reasons to visit this exhibit focused on well-being and design!
ONE OLIVE
Nothing says “Scandinavian” quite like simplistic / minimalist decor with at least one floral arrangement in a clean white living space. True to their theme, BoConcept has invited One Olive, an artisanal floral boutique that specializes in bespoke floral arrangement services as well as styling and conceptualizing events and weddings, to be a part of this Saturday market.
Founded in 2009, this lifestyle boutique is a true advocate for the “au naturale” concept, bringing forth a passion for nature and all things quaint. On any other day, the One Olive team of Floral Artisans can be found nestled in the charming neighbourhood of Tiong Bahru, a restful oasis infused with natural greenery. Should you chance visiting, be sure to take a good look through their vintage wares and mini potted greens, as well as an array of handmade decorative vases that creates its own form of beauty.
As true artisans in their own right, this team believes that a stylishly designed floral art piece is a breathing living sculpture, and aim to spread their beliefs through a floral workshop at the market. Feel free to simply watch, or even participate as they present to you the sophistication, and extreme simplicity of the nudeness of flowers.

BRIDGE
Among the number of edible and drinkable exhibits, this one takes the cake (or toast!). Café By day, Restaurant.Bar by night. BRIDGE prides itself in its contemporary modern European menu. The folks behind Bridge revamp fine dining with a twist-without fuss nor pinch, and use only the best seasonal ingredients to create an appealing menu which will excite your palate. A true showcase of culinary passion aimed to create a sensational dining experience, this joint rides on the salted egg croissant craze this Saturday to bring you wonderfully toasted crispy croissants oozing with golden custard!
Additionally, if you have not tried their Truffle Honey Toast at Seah St., this is your chance as they will be toasting this right at the marketplace! For those who still can’t get enough of the honey, Bridge will be retailing each bottle at 15% off during the marketplace!
