Mitzo
Celebrate this festive season at Mitzo Restaurant and Bar with a vibrant cocktail created by Head Bartender Azlam Kadir, titled Santa’s Roots.
This ginseng and cinnamon-infused bourbon tipple is mixed with Licor 43, chocolate bitters, lemon juice, goji berry syrup and topped with egg white and pinot noir foam, bringing out the festive joy this season. The exclusive cocktail is now available till 1 January, 2020 at SGD18++ per glass.

MO BAR at Mandarin Oriental Singapore will be serving the Mandarin Eggnog, now available till 26 December, 2019.
Concocted by Bar Manager Michele Mariotti, this festive cocktail is made with rum, zabaglione – a mixture of Oloroso sherry, egg yolk and sugar – and Chai milk. This indulgent drink can be served hot or cold, at SGD24++ per glass, or SGD16++ for a non-alcoholic version.
NINETEEN80
Retro arcade bar and discotheque NINETEEN80 invites all guests to party this holiday season with retro arcade games, old-school tunes from the 80s and their signature cocktails, perfect for this festive season.
Partygoers can indulge in their newest banana-based cocktail Bananarama, featuring a shaken mix of French gin, banana liqueur, splashes of fresh lime juice before topping off with egg white. Other original cocktails include the strawberry-based Donna Summer, a mix of white rum, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice and strawberry purée with a sprinkle of exotic sumac powder; as well as the rum and Malibu-based Club Tropicana with fresh pineapple, coconut and lime juices married together with a dose of sour plum powder. These signature cocktails can be enjoyed at SGD20 nett per glass.
Pinball Wizard
This holiday season, Pinball Wizard invite guests to celebrate the festive season with its pinball machines, 90s music while sipping the festive inspired cocktails.
Guests can try the Salty White Russian, a salted caramel version of a White Russian, mixed with spiced rum, kahlua liqueur, salted caramel and milk. Those who enjoy eggnog can opt for the Yellow Submarine, an eggnog-inspired tipple made of Plantation white rum, advocaat, lavender syrup, fresh lime, vanilla extract, soda and mint.
