It has been a few months since Under Armour introduced its Armour@TheBay programme, putting into practice its dedication to build, support and empower the community into athleticism.
In partnership with functional fitness gym Innervate CrossFit, the third challenge commenced end July and is seeing participants sweat buckets while working their bodies to the full potential. The free workout sessions are conducted across six weeks by Leonard Kong, CrossFit trainer at Innervate Fitness. Every session will include two parts – the Innervate Functional Fitness and Personal Defence Readiness, which will last an hour each.
