This new year, Atlas has launched its latest executive lunch menu which has been inspired by the French city of Lyon. Known for its long culinary traditions, Lyonnaise cuisine is a national phenomenon within France and favored by the French elite. In honor of this gastronomic city, Executive Chef Daniele Sperindo has interpreted its classic dishes ranging from traditional home cuisine to popular dishes created by famous chefs.
Highlights from January’s menu includes honeycomb veal tripe, pork andouillette, double boiled white onions stew for starters, red mullet with ratte potatoes scales ‘A la Bocuse’ for mains, and ‘Bugnes’ fried crispy biscuit, topped with chestnut ganache Mont Blanc style for dessert.
Head Sommelier, Mason Ng has curated a list of complimentary wines which are available for an additional SGD24 for two glasses of wine or SGD30 for three.
The Atlas Executive Lunch offers a choice between two or three courses and is available from 12.00pm to 3.00pm on Monday to Friday. Prices range from SGD38 for a choice of two courses, to SGD48 for three courses.
