Calling all aspiring musicians, filmmakers, and artists! Did you know there is an awards show dedicated to music videos? The Berlin Music Video Awards is an annual festival that shines the spotlight on the art of making a music video! Supporting both unknown and famous artists, it is a primary networking event for the video and music industries, held in Berlin.
Here’s what you have to do. If you have any music videos from January 1, 2013, that you would like to promote to a big audience, submit it before the 1st of April 2014. The earlier you send your video, the more exposure you’ll get on their website and social networking pages. Once your video is nominated, it will stream 24 hours on their music video channel and Berlin Music Video Awards Dailymotion. Check out the long list of categories you can enter here! The overall winner for the Best Production will be awarded with 1,000€ cash and on top of that, a special online international feature presented by their partner, Dailymotion – a great vote of confidence from the 2nd largest video sharing platform in the world!
