In a partnership that felicitously ties in cycling and subculture, Fred Perry introduces the second collection from Britain’s first ever Tour de France winner and one of the most decorated British Olympians, Bradley Wiggins.
For the second installment of this six-season deal, Wiggins stayed true to his modernist credentials while Fred Perry styles are refreshed with iconic cycling details referencing the past. The first drop sees classic pieces such as the long sleeve cotton pique shirt updated with specially designed Bradley stripe and a rear hem pocket complete with a sports heritage style zip. The classic cotton pique shirt returns in three new colours – black, olive and enamel blue. Slim fit half zip merino wool shirts with drop hem and GB Stripe detail will be available for the colder months later in the year.
Bradley Wiggins said, “It’s a partnership I could only have dreamed of…I have been a lifelong fan of the brand, stemming from my following and commitment to the mod movement and what I believe is Fred Perry’s unparalleled relationship with subculture.”
Retailing from SGD169 onwards, the Bradley Wiggins Cycling Shirt is available exclusively at Fred Perry Authentic store at Cineleisure #03-07A.
