CÉ LA VI is proud to celebrate American Independence Day with a Stars and Stripes special edition of their esteemed Ladies Night, Diamond Life as they collaborate with Vaniday to present INDEPEN-DANCE featuring DJ Patrick Oliver.
On Wednesday, 4 July, guests will enjoy a Late-Night Hotdog Menu that will be served from 4 pm to 3 am, with flavors inspired by iconic US cities. The FLORIDA is a spicy beef chili hotdog topped with melted cheese, the NEW YORK edition is served with mustard, sauerkraut and onions, while the CHICAGO features tomato, chili with cheese. The CALI edition is topped with roasted peppers and onions, and lastly, the TEXAS hotdog is finished off with crushed avocado, tomato, jalapeños and cheese. The hotdogs are sold individually at SGD10++, and a platter of five can be purchased at SGD50++.
Helming the deck for this American-themed blowout is Miami-born DJ, Patrick Oliver. The multifaceted DJ has performed at some of Asia’s most legendary nightclubs such as KL’s Euphoria and Singapore’s Pangaea. If he’s not DJing the latest and greatest nightclub venues and luxury lifestyle brands around Asia, he’s curating the audio ambiance for some of the most respected and reputable dining establishments that Asia has to offer.
