This summer, designed to celebrate the LGBTQ society, Converse Chuck Taylor All Star launches their newest collection in bright and bold colours.
What inspired this never done before collection is the first Pride Parade in New York during the 1970s. Keeping the goal #YESTOALL in mind, Converse’s Pride Collection encourages everyone to be themselves, regardless of gender, identity and orientation. Merchandises from the pride collection will feature an entire series of products filled with rainbow-inspired patches, a pride-themed foot bed and a terry cloth heel stay.
Staying true to the message behind the collection of #YESTOALL, Converse has created 13 different variations of #YESTOALL posters, proving the pride collection to be beyond boundaries, as do our choices to be who we are. With a myriad of products, you will be sure to find something you identify yourselves with!
Proceeds from the Pride Collection will be donated to two organisations – ‘It Gets Better Project’ and ‘The Happy Hippie Foundation’ which empower and support the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth.
