From March 2016, Cosentino Asia officially welcomes Singapore’s top chef Andre Chiang to the fold, as he is appointed as the first Asia ambassador for Dekton® by Cosentino.
The ambassadorship comes right on the heels of Chef Andre’s Restaurant André clinching the No.3 spot in 2016 Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards, moving up two places from 2015. His restaurant also officially ranks No.1 in the Best Restaurant in Singapore list for the 4th year, and comes in at No.46 in the 2015 World’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards list.
Being a supporter of Dekton® by Cosentino, Restaurant Andre at Bukit Pasoh Road was refurbished using the innovative ultra-thin surface, handpicked by the chef, from the entrance to the heart of the restaurant. With sleekness, clean lines and muted tones, Dekton® by Cosentino injects elegance and sophistication to the chef’s creative kitchen.
To mark this momentous collaboration and to celebrate Chef Andre’s recent achievements, Chef Andre shared a specially created dish inspired by Dekton® by Cosentino on 22 March at a media event catered by Chef Edward Esmero’s My Little Tapas Bar.
