With less than two weeks to the DC South East Asia Tour 2013, it’s time we catch up on getting to know the DC skaters who will be making their way down to Singapore. Last week, we placed the formidable Nyjah Huston under the microscope and awed at his grit and talent. In this edition, we discover the skateboarding flair of Wes Kremer, Cyril Jackson and Matt Miller.
Before we dive right in, remember to check out our DC shoes giveaway contest at the end of the feature!
Wes Kremer
Often described as one of the most down-to-earth and gifted skate personalities, Wes Kremer is one who is in it for the love and passion. Not that he needs any accolades to prove his flair since the 23-year-old was already widely recognised and respected before he went pro.
Cyril Jackson
Swift, nimble and animated, Cyril Jackson comes across as a breath of fresh air. The 22-year-old goofy-footed skater is one of DC’s latest addition to the skate team. If you haven’t heard of him, it’s about time to take notice of this promising extreme athlete.
Matt Miller
Notorious for his switch and technical tricks, along with massive pop, Matt Miller is no stranger in the skate scene. A pro since 2010, Matt has been an active competitor in Street League Skateboarding (SLS) and has made appearances in numerous skate videos such as Transworld’s And Now, Zoo York’s State of Mind and of course, DC’s Skateboarding is Forever.
