This Saturday, FASH and Matteblacc are taking the party back to the East Coast with Uptown Originals as they pay tribute to New York City – the birthplace of Hip Hop. It is the city that resonates urban music in its landscape, where the greats of performing arts have emerged and where everyone goes to ‘make it’, in the words of Sinatra. The celebration also remembers of the king of New York, Christopher Wallace aka Biggie Smalls whom we lost on 9 March, 16 years ago.
