Gossip Girl star Penn Badgley turns full-fledged psycho by posting everything that the object of his affection does in his latest dark series, YOU, a Netflix Original Series.
Written by Berlanti and Gamble based on Caroline Kepnes’ best-selling novel, You is described as a 21st century love story that asks, “What would you do for love?” When a brilliant bookstore manager (Badgley) crosses paths with an aspiring writer (not yet cast), his answer becomes clear: anything. He exploits today’s technology to win the heart of Beck (Elizabeth Lail – The Blacklist) amid the growing suspicions of her best friend Peach (Shay Mitchell – Pretty Little Liars). Joe transforms himself from stalker to boyfriend while doing whatever it takes to eliminate all obstacles standing in his way — even if it means murder.
