Having charmed audiences across South East Asia back in November 2011 whilst promoting his debut album ‘Hold On ‘Til The Night’, Greyson will now embark on his first concert tour of the region with stops in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines.
Much of Greyson’s celebrity began with a fortuitous YouTube post of a performance of Lady Gaga’s ‘Paparazzi’ (over 46 millions views todate) that caught the eye of a producer at ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’. This led to Greyson’s first guest appearance on the show, he has since been on 8 times including debuting his singles ‘Waiting Outside The Lines’ and ‘Unfriend You’, and subsequently being signed to Ellen’s label eleveneleven.
Greyson’s debut album ‘Hold On ‘Til The Night’ not only showcases Chance’s talents as a songwriter, vocalist and piano player but also his wide range of influences.
“Without Ellen, none of this would have happened. She’s been so supportive of me and my music from the very beginning, and has also become an amazing friend!” says Greyson.
Universal Music Singapore will release a new special Asian edition of ‘Hold On ‘Til The Night’ CD/DVD on 10th February. The CD contains additional songs and the bonus DVD includes an exclusive ‘Take A Look At Me Now’ video featuring scenes from Greyson’s recent Asian promotional tour.
Greyson Chance live concert in Singapore will be happening on 18th April 2012 at Singapore Indoor Stadium. Tickets goes for sale at SGD $125, $115, $97 & 70 (All price exclude booking fees), available for purchase at SISTIC.
