Hydroflex has been building high-end surfboards since the early 2000s. Using their patented 3D-Glassing™ Technology, Hydroflex is building boards that are strong, durable, and used by some of the world’s top surfers like Josh Kerr, Brett Simpson and Carissa Moore.
The German brand is now venturing into the skateboarding industry. The Hydroflex Skateboard brand was born out of the same passion they have for surfboards. With their high-tech manufacturing process, Hydroflex now produces skateboards that are light, strong and waterproof.
Their decks are built with foam, fiber and resin – just like a surfboard. Their 3D bonding structure is based on biomimetic principles and connects both sides of the deck. This ensures the boards are responsive and durable.
Making it even more unique is a signature honeycomb pattern enhanced with radiating customizable colors. Due to the production process, the color intensity is unique in every board, making your board your very own.
“We wanted to go beyond existing limits of deck construction and bring something totally new to market,” Hydroflex CEO Rich Ciesco said. “A board with a fresh look and outstanding riding characteristics.”
Hydroflex skateboards are available in three models: A micro cruiser, mini cruiser and a longboard:
The Crilla – Micro Cruiser
The Beach Leech – Mini Cruiser
The Angler – LongBoard
