The menu boasts of dishes handpicked from Min Jiang’s vast dim sum repertoire that will touch the hearts of discerning diners. The menu highlights must-haves including Steamed Spare Ribs with Black Bean Sauce, Steamed Conpoy and Scallop Dumplings, Crispy Vegetable Spring Rolls, Pan Fried Carrot Cake, and Pork & Century Egg Congee amongst other delicacies. A chilled Mango Sago with Pomelo ends the meal on a sweet note.
For added indulgence, choose from a selection of soups (S$8++ per person) – the signature ‘Min Jiang’ Hot & Sour Soup or Daily Double-Boiled Soup; noodles (S$10++ per person) – Ee-Fu Noodles with Shredded Duck or Braised Rice Vermicelli with Assorted Seafood, and Wok-Fried Seasonal Vegetables (S16++ per portion).
