Online fashion retailers Inverted Edge and THEWYLDSHOP have partnered for a month-long project aiming to help shoppers discover new ways to create their personal style. With this project, it will allow fashion consumers to pick and see how they can fuse two distinct fashion styles together, namely “Contemporary” and “High Street.” Titled The Yin Yang Experience @ Song Lin, this project is sure to excite those wanting to reinvigorate their wardrobe.
Inverted Edge specialises in collections from contemporary fashion designers in Asia, the Pacific, and beyond. THEWYLDSHOP, however, showcases an eclectic mix of Australian High Street Fashion. Despite the distinct differences in concepts between the two retailers, The Yin Yang Experience @ Song Lin would help to give styling combination ideas. Kara Bensley-Austin, the founder of THEWYLDSHOP and Debra Langley, CEO of Inverted Edge, both think that their two different styles can be put together to create unique looks.
The Yin Yang Experience @ Song Lin will be held at the Inverted Edge showroom at the Song Lin Building from 7 July – 2 August, Mondays to Saturdays from 11am-8pm. In addition, a series of exclusive events featuring special collaborators will take place every Saturday in July. Sweet Saturday on 12 July will be the first showcase of dessert and sweet treat merchants, so customers can enjoy sweet lite bites while shopping. Yum!
On 19th July will be Animal Instinct Saturday. Of course, the aim here is to appeal to animal lovers as the SPCA have adorable merchandises available for purchase. Furthermore, non-profit organisation Animal Welfare League will have a mini-adoption booth beside the showroom with three puppies! So if you’re looking for a cute, furry companion, you can head over to see if you’d like to adopt one out of the three puppies. Not only that, shoppers will get a discount on all animal print pieces at the showroom, and 5% of all sales made on the day will be donated to the organisations.
