Popular Hong Kong based brand Kapok have launched a pop-up store in Singapore, giving fans of the well-curated fashion and lifestyle label something to look forward to when they visit the National Design Centre. Its location is perfect – the national agency for design complements the concept of kapok, which selects only the best of local and international brands.
The pop-up store is a teaser to what will become a full flagship store with over 100 brands, from fashion, shoes, and watches, to home and decor items. For now, the pop-up is home to brands like Kiel James Patrick, RAINS, and Carre Royal. It also has kapok’s first shirt collection! Browse through the selection and get a cuppa from cafe kapok, which is at the corner of the kapok space.
The launch of the pop up attracted the attendance of almost 300 guests, including local designers, trendsetters, socialites, and the media. Hosting the event was Arnault Castel, the founder of kapok, and the Working Unit’s Singapore team, who brought the kapok concept to Singapore.
