Local fashion powerhouse Love, Bonito opened the doors of its third outfit in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District. The new store presents the best of the brand’s ‘phygital’ offering through a bigger community space, more photo-worthy spots like an infinity mirror room, an Augmented Reality (AR) walkway, and personal stylists on demand.
Covering over 6,000 square feet, the new Love, Bonito Funan store is the brand’s biggest yet, defined by a refreshing, feminine interior design and intuitive spatial layout. The innovative queue system at Love, Bonito’s flagship store – a pioneer in Singapore’s retail scene – will also be rolled out here, alongside modular fitting rooms and two new spacious VIP rooms with wheelchair & pram priority access, catering for the spectrum of female shoppers. The brand will also be debuting an on-demand book-a-stylist service, rounding out their uniquely thoughtful, personalised and hassle-free shopping experience.
Digital touchpoints such as Instagrammable spots and an AR walkway with accompanying Facebook filters also add an element of fun, allowing digitally-native shoppers to indulge in play, and to share their unique in-store experiences on social media.
At the heart of the store is a new and improved space for community engagement. Starting as early as July 2019, Love, Bonito will be kickstarting a rejuvenated calendar of events spanning the core pillars of fashion and beauty, extending into areas of health and wellness. These weekly thematic workshops underscore the brand’s commitment to positively impact every facet of a modern woman’s life.
The launch of Love, Bonito’s Funan store comes on the back of website and technology enhancements that the brand rolled out earlier in May this year – including but not limited to, omni-channel gift cards and store credits, live visibility of in-store availability and more. It expands Love, Bonito’s repertoire of omni-channel features, unifying shoppers’ instore and online experiences.

The new Love, Bonito Funan outlet is testament to the brand’s strong growth in Singapore and the region. Ever since securing US 13 million through its Series B funding, Love, Bonito has invested in building a strong technology stack, in order to enhance consumers’ experience per square meter for every new store launched.
Love, Bonito currently operates across four countries and seven cities, and ships globally from the main e-commerce site. There are plans for more stores to be rolled out by the end of 2019, starting with the launch of their first pop-up store in Hong Kong Central in the second half of this year.
