Start the night right with the pre-dinner cocktail, Bed of Roses with compliments from Head Bartender, Azlam Kadir, guests can be assured that the date will start on a lovely note. The delightful tipple is made with Campari infused with longan red date tea and Antica Formula sweet vermouth, mezcal, house-made goji berry syrup, lemon juice, topped with prosecco and a few dashes of Aphrodite bitters. A liberation that is sure to bring smiles on this beautiful occasion.
Begin the meal with the aromatic Truffle chicken spring roll and Prawn with caviar orange mayonnaise for starters. Before heating up the evening with the Double-boiled abalone soup with matsutake, assorted mushrooms & fungus.
After which indulge in the Pork rib baked with lemongrass and the Steamed lobster with miso & pink ginger in soya sauce, before tucking into the fragrant Seaweed fried rice and salmon.
End the meal on a sweet note with the Rose syrup & coconut granita topped with peach resin, lychee pops, coconut jelly served with lotus paste puff.
