A dreamer who finds inspiration in the many places she calls home, Marie de la Roche allows her work to be influenced by the different global ideas of beauty and the beautification of oneself. She found her call in creating complex beautiful forms whilst breaking the mold of what is known as typical accessories in the luxury market.
Inspired by how handbags may be considered universal and democratic, her designs always include an extra dash of magic to one’s recipe for style, as she wanted to create a lovely ‘must have’ for you to treasure for years to come.
As such, she set out to create a radically different brand where everyone gets to be their most exotic and confident self; a brand that offers items so special, its owner falls out of any category and instead becomes seen as “universally cool”, “universally Chic”, and universally more of that who she already is. Believing in individuality, Marie de la Roche sees themselves as a brand that gives you an extra sparkle to shine even brighter than usual.

Inspired by the existence and vestiges of the ottoman monarchy, the team at Marie de la Roche have deconstructed the liveliest details of a sultan’s garden; much of where the life and beauty of their residences was found.
The shapes and details of this collection – such as hand stitched ruched leather and laser cutouts with plush colors – are inspired by the old world manifesting in a newly feminine way, while empowering the brave of heart.
Likewise, the sweet desserts that have been enjoyed in such residences have inspired the collection’s macaron-like palette; fresh and exciting like a blooming morning, staying true to the brand’s DNA.

Continuing the theme from their pre-Fall collection, Marie de la Roche has decided to add further details to the collections, focusing on the great architectural pieces within the empire; from domes to stunning gates and beautiful palatial windows.
Similar to their pre-Fall collection, the main materials of their Fall-Winter 2016 collection is also filled with hand stitched ruched leather and laser cutouts.
However, unlike the colour palette from before, this collection’s autumn color palette has been tinted with lively colors, making the pieces trendless as well as a bold statement all year long to remain playful and chic as per the brand’s DNA.
