Bird’s Nest Champagne Brunch (SGD98++ per person)
For mums who prefer to indulge in dainty delights, the Bird’s Nest Champagne Brunch serves unlimited servings of over 40 types of delectable dim sum, Cantonese favourites and a one-time serving of a Supreme Special seafood and bird nest dish such as Steamed bamboo clam with minced garlic in soya, Abalone truffles rice and Braised tofu topped with bird nest in carrot broth. Other highlights on the menu include Poached rice with chicken in superior pork broth and Deep-fried chocolate liqueur dumpling as a delightful sweet treat.
Dim Sum Hi-Tea (SGD48++ per person)
Available only on this Mother’s Day weekend, the artisanal Dim Sum Hi-Tea is perfect for those looking to take a break and pamper themselves after an afternoon of shopping with Mum in the heart of Orchard Road. Nibble on exquisite steamed and fried dim sum served in a three-tier stand of a selection of sweet and savory delights such as Royal shrimp dumpling with sliced truffle, Cheese escargot puff, Black pepper cod fish dumpling and a revitalizing Chilled bird nest shooter.
Luxurious 6-course Set Dinner Menu (SGD128++ per person)
A modern twist to Cantonese fare, the luxurious Mother’s Day 6-course set menu presents a scrumptious selection of seafood and poultry dishes, for a journey of great flavours and textures. Some of the key highlights in the celebratory menu are, the luxurious Braised lobster in 20-year “Shao Xing” wine, Truffle kurobuta pork belly with seasonal greens, Bird’s nest and red dates yoghurt sponge cake that is set to impress every mom’s taste buds.

Sweet and floral, the First Lady cocktail, crafted by esteemed Bar Manager Marco Pignotta pays tribute to the unwavering tender loving care of mothers all around.
