Moschino presents its new “Teddy Shoes” sneakers collection designed by Jeremy Scott, that combines the dynamic, sporty trends of modern life with the ironic, playful spirit of the brand’s mascot.
Designed to increase the visual impact of the shoe, the unique “Teddy Bear” soles acquire more character and personality with each step because over time, the natural wear of the white sole further emphasizes the smiling expression of the iconic Teddy Bear accompanied by the phrase, “THIS IS NOT A MOSCHINO TOY”.
“Teddy Shoes” styles, with adjustable hook-and-loop fastener straps or lace-up version, feature an innovative rubber sole that transforms the teddy bear shape into an oversized 3D sole that is in distinct contrast with the upper.
The women’s shoes have gold or silver glitter fabric uppers or are made of high-tech scuba material. All are trimmed with tonal piping and have grosgrain logo straps on the instep and heel with hook-and-loop fasteners and oversized plastic triangle rings.
The unisex version stands out for its combination of different materials – leather, suede and mesh – customized with fabric logo tags and with contrasting black and white laces.
Teddy Shoes will be available in Singapore this month at Moschino’s Paragon and Marina Bay Sands outlets.
