The Valentine’s Day menu offers two choices of mains. Surf & Turf presents the Snapper en Papillots, fresh local-caught snapper baked with beurre blanc sauce of white wine and lemon zest, and Beef Short Ribs, braised in red wine for 72-hours. Or, have the Snapper en Papillote and Otto’s Roasted Spring Chicken, with perfectly crisp skin. Each main is served with purple potato mash, sautéed seasonal vegetables and beef jus. End the night on a sweet note with two desserts for sharing. Delight in a creamy panna cotta, perfumed with lavender essences, sprinkled with hazelnut crumbs for a satisfying crunch. There’s also a house-made chocolate lava cake, paired together with vanilla ice cream.
The Valentine’s Day sharing platter is available for dinner on 13th and 14th February at SGD70++ per couple.
