Located at Jewel Changi Airport (#B1-243/244), PAZZION Café introduces two new mains using Singaporeans’ well-loved seafood – crab, and a special nonya kueh-inspired mocktail, in celebration of Singapore’s birthday, just for the month of August 2020!
If you haven’t had a chance to check it out, we recommend the Sambal Cream Crab Croissant (SGD18), which features our local sambal, the fragrant condiment that spicy lovers cannot do without, and comes in the form of a flaky and buttery croissant overflowing with succulent fresh chucks of crab meat and velvety scrambled eggs cooked in a mild spicy sambal cream sauce. There’s only one word for this: SEDAP!
If croissants are not your thing, perhaps the Black Pepper Crab Pasta (SGD18) would suit your fancy instead. Tossed in a fragrant and sweet-savoury home-made black pepper sauce, this delectable dish of al dente linguine is filled with chunky pieces of fresh crab meat, and features the heat and “kick” of our local favourite black pepper crab dish.
Wash it all down with a Rasa Singapore! Priced at SGD5.50, end your meal with a traditionally-inspired mocktail. With our local nonya kuehs and desserts in mind, the Rasa Singapore mocktail features a beautiful four-layered concoction with Gula Melaka syrup at its base, followed by a layer of fresh milk and coconut milk, a third layer of freshly prepared pandan juice, and lastly, topped with a dollop of milk foam to complete the uniquely Singapore Peranakan drink. For a sweet tooth, there’s no better way to say cheers!
