As a preamble to the announcement of Pho Day, Pho Street collaborated with creative agency, INL Agency, to produce a ‘Simply UN-BEEF-LIEVABLE’ viral stunt video released on 1 February, involving a chef sneaking a taste of the handmade beef balls and pho broth in one of their kitchens. A behind-the-scenes video released on 13 February has revealed that the purpose of the stunt video was to emphasise the irresistibility and high quality hand-made beef balls and secret ingredient broth at Pho Street.
Their well-loved beef pho combines pho rice noodles imported from Vietnam, hand-made beef balls, a flavourful 8-hour broth made by simmering beef bones with 10 varieties of herbs and spices, and finished with a drizzle of special blend beef oil.
Crowd favourite noodle selections on the menu include Pho Street’s signature Pho Beef Combination (SGD9.90++) which features handmade beef balls, beef slices, shank, tendons and tripe, as well as Dry Rice Vermicelli (SGD8.90++) with fragrant grilled pork belly/pork chop, crispy spring rolls, and crunchy pickled veggies tossed in a sweet and tangy sauce.
To complete the ultimate Vietnamese dining experience, tuck into popular street snacks such as Fresh Summer Rolls with Prawn, Pork Belly & Fresh Herbs (SGD4.90++) and Hue Prawn Sugarcane Skewers (SGD4.90++). For the ones who are spoilt for choice, Vietnamese Snack Platter (SGD8.90++) comes with crispy fried pork rolls, roasted chicken skewers and Vietnamese prawn cakes.
A Bowl of Beef Pho For 10,000 Dollars? I DONG Believe It!
In celebration of Pho Day, for one day only on 28 February 2019, a full-sized bowl of Pho Street’s signature Pho Beef Combination will be sold at an unprecedented SGD0.60 (equivalent to approximately VND10,000) from 11.30am to 1.30pm at all their outlets islandwide, except Changi Airport T2 and T4.
For the rest of the day from 1.30pm to closing time, all customers will get SGD0.60 off when they order the signature Pho Beef Combination (U.P. SGD9.90++). Each customer is entitled to one bowl per transaction or in one meal seating.
