It seems almost every imagining company has started venturing into producing action cameras, although it isn’t something we could have disagree, this one right here has pretty much caught us with a rather kind of oddly surprise and we mean that in a good way though. Who would’ve thought the company that has built it’s name known for instant cameras has finally move into the digital era with the XS Series Action cams? Not wanting to be left out, Polaroid has joined the race with it’s latest XS line – the XS100, XS20 and X57.
With just a single-button recording feature, the Polaroid XS100 offers a choice of recording in 720p, 960p or 1080 HD video. Coming up next is the Polaroid XS20, recording video is available in 720p and still photo capture at 5-megapixel. Being an advantage on it’s own, the XS20 features eight LEDs for low-light shooting, a motion sensor that cause it to start recording when it detect movement. Lastly, the XS7 is a video camera capable of capturing in 720p. An ability to capture 5MP still images and has a 2″ touchscreen display. Also, comes with a waterproof casing that can withstand up till 10 meters.
Apart from the XS100 that is able to capture video recording in 60 fps slow-motion footage at 720p, all three video camera records at 30 frame-per-second and memory are stored in a SD card. Available with helmet and bicycle mounts.
