Autumn/ Winter 2015 will unveil PUMA’s first collaboration with LA based luxe streetwear brand, Stampd. Paving the way for the future of street fashion, this partnership merges PUMA’s sporting heritage with Stampd’s take on modern youth culture and style.
Chris Stamp, a west coast ‘Avant Street’ influencer, founded Stampd in 2011. Known for high quality products mixed with simple forms for the everyday wear, the label has been awarded the GQ ward in 2015 for Best New Menswear Designer in America. Over the years, the line has evolved into contemporary luxury while retaining its iconic styling cues. Stampd is a brand that embraces
modern youth culture by creating minimalistic pieces with timeless appeal. The PUMA collaboration boasts a luxury performance athletic line that appeals directly to the modern high-street trend of today.
The footwear collection combines PUMA’s classic sportswear elements with Stampd’s simplistic yet innovative styling cues. Stampd has incorporated the R698 silhouette along with a new shoe, the Trinomic Sock. Exclusive to the PUMA x Stampd collaboration, the Trinomic Sock is actually the modified form of the Trinomic Disc Blaze. Simplifying the iconic frame with the removal of the
disc closure system, the sleek design is amplified with rich nubuck leather and 3M branding. The PUMA Trinomic Sock x Stampd is a sport meets fashion merge that exhibits the cutting edge nature of this impressive collaboration.
The Stampd Athletics by PUMA apparel range is a collection of classic pieces that emphasizes PUMA’s iconic sports heritage. Executed with sport fabric, the range is all about flexibility between sports and streetwear with cutting edge style. Staple colours such as grey, black and white occur throughout this range to pull the focus toward everyday wear with clean yet impressive design.
The PUMA Trinomic Sock x Stampd and Stampd Athletics pack will be available at Limited Edt and Leftfoot stores from mid-July onwards.
