Leading sports and lifestyle brand, Skechers, is excited to announce the Singapore debut of its highly-anticipated limited edition Skechers D’Lites X One Piece collection, available in stores on 15 March. The collection unites well-loved characters from the anime series with the next generation Skechers D’Lites 3.0 – an evolution of the footwear brand’s iconic chunky sneaker.
While this year’s collection marks the second collaboration between the footwear brand and the legendary anime series, it is the first time that the Straw Hat Pirates-inspired sneakers are landing on Singapore shores.
Spanning designs for both men and women, the Skechers D’Lites X One Piece collection sees fan-favourite characters being featured as unique colorways on the sneaker that bring to mind the signature colours of each of the One Piece characters: Monkey D. Luffy, Portgas D. Ace, Trafalgar Law, Jinbe and Marshall D. Teach (Blackbeard). There are also small touches like the same black and white square motifs from the character Jinbe’s coat.

Not a collection just for the fans, streetwear and sneaker enthusiasts will also recognise the design to be based off the third series of Skechers’ heritage D’Lites collection – the Skechers D’Lites 3.0 now comes with an even chunkier outsole that modernizes the classic retro sneaker profile without losing that old school aesthetic. With an upper constructed in smooth leather, and a series of mesh panels for optimized breathability, the sneaker unites style and comfort signature to the Skechers brand.

The sneakers come in US size 7 – 13 for men and US size 5 – 10 for women, retailing at SGD159.
They will be available from 15 March across 14 stores islandwide – at Skechers concept stores in Suntec City, Tampines 1, Jurong Point, Parkway Parade, Causeway Point, VivoCity, JEM, Takashimaya, ION Orchard, Junction 8, Compass One, NEX, SingPost Centre, as well as the Mark Nason X Skechers concept store at Bugis Junction.
