Experience the most compelling cinematic work from the region this April, as the Southeast Asian Film Festival 2015 returns for its fifth year. To celebrate the spirit of independent filmmaking in Southeast Asia, the film festival will be screening works representing the intercultural region, presented in a philosophical space where art and film enthusiasts can gather and share their experiences.
Along with the films will be a selection of post-screening discussions with emerging and veteran directors who will provide an inclusive and diverse view into the core issues and concerns of Southeast Asia.
The Southeast Asian Film Festival 2015 will be held at the Moving Image Gallery, Singapore Art Museum at 8Q SAM (8 Queen Street Singapore 188535). It will run from 10 April 2015 – 3 May 2015. Tickets are SGD10 for each film screening, and are available from SISTIC.
