Singapore labels mù & ANGE RÉVOLTE presented their respective spring/summer 2015 collections on the runway this morning at Taipei in Style 2014.
Titled Something Old Something New, mù’s collection offered a modern spin on old school elements that designer Alfie Leong, could relate to such as black and white TV, experiencing the army and graphical prints from the 60s. This is reflected in the main black and white colour scheme of the apparels, with a touch of blue and camouflage prints.
“Dress happy and try something new while you can. Your lifespan is short, so don’t give up on a certain style just because of negative comments. Everything can be made into your size or style. It’s just a matter of how you manipulate it. Own your individual style,” quipped Alfie.
Angela Lim introduced the ANGE RÉVOLTE spring/summer 2015 collection dubbed Metamorphosis. The collection conveys a message of embracing our individuality while resisting to conform to the constantly changing world.
