The MICHELIN Guide Street Food Festival returns for its second edition from 30 March to 1 April at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS).
The festival will feature a specially-curated line-up of 15 establishments recognised in the MICHELIN Guide Singapore 2017.
Each F&B concept will present their signature dishes at the event, and collectively showcase a wide variety of cuisines, from local to Japanese to French. Taking place over three days with two sessions running per day at The Coliseum in RWS, the MICHELIN Guide Street Food Festival is a wonderful opportunity for gourmands to savor delicious offerings by these esteemed establishments in one seating, without having to travel to different corners of Singapore or join the long waiting lists and queues.
Gourmands will be delighted by the exciting addition of establishments such as hugely popular Man Man Unagi presenting their signature Una-Don, local favourite New Ubin Seafood whipping up their highly raved Heart Attack Fried Rice, as well as hawker establishments including Traditional Haig Road Putu Piring, 168 CMY Satay, and Zhong Guo La Mian Xiao Long Bao.
Also lending muscle to this year’s edition are three-star Joël Robuchon Restaurant at RWS, which will dole out freshly-baked breads and desserts; one-star Song of India, which will present an exciting selection of Naans paired with Butter Chicken.
Bib Gourmand awardee A Noodle Story, which purveys Singapore-style ramen
Blue Ginger — one of Singapore’s few Peranakan restaurants which will prepare its popular Durian Chendol; and many more. All the participating establishments will showcase their most popular signature dishes at value-for-money prices starting from SGD3. All payments will be made by means of coupons and tickets can be purchased here
