It’s finally here, the new iPad. Apple has introduced a new tablet of what appeared to be an upgrade from the best selling iPad 2.
So we didn’t end up getting some sort of like a smart-phone that becomes a tablet but with it’s new ultra-sharp retina display is enough to make you blind for it’s beauty. It’s almost like looking at a glossy magazine page.
Packed with an A5x processor, which includes a quad-core graphics module. The back camera for the tablet has a 5-megapixel with a side-illuminated sensor, a 5-element lens and an infrared filter (almost the same configuration as seen on iPhone 4s but with three fewer megapixels).
iSight Camera – video recording for the iPad is now available in 1080p with an in-built video stabilizer similarly found in the iPhone 4S.
With iPhoto for iPad, Apple promised multi-touch gesture editing, pro quality effects, brushes, and photo beaming to send high-res photos between your devices.
Apart from the major internal hardware upgrade, the new iPad’s operating system offers a new microphone button.
Apple says the new 4G LTE connectivity will give you 21Mbps on HSPA+ networks, 42Mbps on DC-HSDPA and 73Mbps on LTE. Of course, these speeds are theoretical. It will run on both AT&T and Verizon networks. According to Phil Schiller, the new model “has the most wireless bands that has ever shipped.”
