Usher in the auspicious Year of the Pig at Fat Chap with a 6-course Chinese New Year menu that is reminiscent of a lovingly homecooked Asian meal. From 21 January to 19 February, celebrate the season of prosperity and toss to greater heights this 肥 (fat and prosperous) year with Fat Chap’s unique take on the traditional yusheng – Ear of the Pig!
Despite its controversial name, the Crispy Pig’s Ear has won over the hearts of many gastronomes and snack fanatics alike.
The Ear of the Pig Yusheng (medium – SGD38.80++; large – SGD48.80++) is a vibrant mingle of green and white daikon; freshly sliced Raymond’s golden snapper sashimi; a variety of sweet and tart pickles; pops of pomegranate and pomelo; two seeds and chopped peanuts. This charming yusheng is also served with a side of curry spiced Crispy Pig’s Ears for added luck and crunch.
