UNIQLO is delighted to launch a women’s swimwear collection which was created in collaboration with French affordable luxury brand Princesse tam.tam, one of the global brands owned by UNIQLO parent company, Fast Retailing. The collection launches first online on 14 April, and will be available at UNIQLO Bugis+, Jem, Suntec City, and UNIQLO’s Global Flagship Store in Orchard Central on 24 April. Prices range from SGD14.90 for a pair of swim shorts to SGD49.90 for a one-piece swimsuit.
The collection aims to help women look and feel their most beautiful through the refined fashion sense and styling that is characteristic of Princesse tam.tam. Together with UNIQLO’s rich colour variations, outstanding quality and affordable price, the collaboration offers the best of both brands for wearers around the world. It also includes a number of additional non-swimwear items to fully complement the line-up, such as easy-going shorts and sandals.
The theme for the collection is “French Resort.” It features botanical patterns and border stripes reminiscent of summer holidays in France, where chic colour variations including turquoise blue and black are sported across the collection’s modern and enduring designs, with an emphasis on femininity.
The swimwear line-up comprises six variations, including this season’s trend of sporty high-neck bikini tops, triangle bikini tops, bandeau bikini tops with removable straps and one-piece suits in an adult design with crossed-back straps. Bikini tops and bottoms are available separately, so that wearers have the opportunity to select their favorite colour and design combinations to fit their destination or mood. Pareo and shorts are also available in the collection in a variety of colours to combine with any colour or pattern of swimwear, giving women greater freedom to express their individual style.
